Which payment methods are accepted for my order?

We accept major credit and debit cards: Visa and Mastercard. We also accept other payment methods such as Paytm, net banking, wallet and UPI payments. We do not accept American Express.

How do I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?

We process and pack your order as fast as possible. Your delivery address can only be changed by us if your order has not been shipped. To change your delivery address, contact us immediately on enquiries@neutriderm.com.au

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping throughout India.

Can I choose or exchange the free items I receive with my order?

No, promotional offers are decided by Neutriderm, our offers change from time to time, so keep track of when the item you’re after is being offered in a promotion.

What is the delivery time?

The approximate delivery time is 1-3 working days. Delivery times are subject to change due to COVID.

What company delivers the products?

Products are shipped by DTDC or Blue Dart.

Can I find out the status of my order?

This option is only available once your order has been shipped by checking the relevant shipping company’s website and entering the tracking number.

What should I do if I receive my order in damaged or faulty condition?
